CARMEL, IN – ADESA announced changes for two management roles and a new president for PAR North America, a subsidiary of ADESA.

Kem Morris has been promoted to director of operations for PAR, and David Brown has been promoted to the company’s business manager. Morris most recently served as operations team manager, while Brown acted as the company’s controller.

Also Jerry Kroshus has been named president of PAR North America, and will start his new role on Sept 15. Kroshus most recently worked for HSBC Auto Finance, where he served in the role of vice president/director of remarketing.

Morris joined PAR North America in 2003 as operations team manager, overseeing repossessions, remarketing, and lease terminations. Previously, he held positions of increased responsibility for Remarketing Solutions, Manheim Auctions, in the areas of collateral services, sales, titles, and lease terminations, as well as vehicle remarketing and repossessions.

Brown began his career in the automotive financing business in 1991 at Tranex Credit Corporation, where he held the position of controller for eight years before joining American Investment Bank in the same role. He joined PAR North America in 2005 as the company’s controller, bringing with him more than a decade of experience in the automotive finance industry. Brown is a certified public accountant.

In Kroshus new role as president with PAR, he will report directly to ADESA Executive Vice President of Strategic Improvement and Logistics David Vignes.

Kroshus has held several management roles in the remarketing industry, including 14 years with CitiFinancial Auto, where he served as vice president/national remarketing manager. During this time, Kroshus was instrumental in CitiFinancial Auto becoming the first national consignor to utilize AutoIMS as well as one of the first consignors to develop a national certified program.
