DALLAS – America’s Auto Auction, Inc. recently announced the acquisition of Tri State Auto Auction in Washington, Pennsylvania – a suburb of Pittsburgh, Pa.

The addition of Tri-State brings the America’s Auto Auction Group to seven locations with auto auction operations in: Dallas, Texas; Austin, Texas; Houston, Texas; Tulsa, Okla.; Jacksonville, Fla., and Greenville, S.C.

Richard Gundy, chairman and Co-CEO of America’s Auto Auction said, “We are very pleased to add Tri-State/PA to our group of high performing auto auctions. Tri-State Auto Auction in Pennsylvania is a dealer-only auto auction and has been in business since 1981. The auction operates five auction lanes on a 23 acre facility. They offer over 1,000 vehicles at auction weekly. The auction’s market area includes the metropolitan Pittsburgh area in addition to nearby portions of West Virginia and Ohio.
