ATLANTA – Manheim has opened its first-ever Oklahoma location, at 5005 South I-35 in Oklahoma City. The four-lane, full-service auction will hold its sales on Tuesdays at 11 a.m., starting on Sept. 11.
“Oklahoma City is an ideal location for Manheim because of its large concentration of licensed dealers,” said Wayne Carey, auction manager. “Our goal is to make it easier for customers to access Manheim’s products and services; establishing a presence in Oklahoma City does just this.”
The facility, which sits on 15 acres, will offer four auction lanes and inventory from a variety of consignors, including dealers, fleet-lease, and national accounts. The auction will also feature a reconditioning center with two detail lanes and two bays for mechanical work.
All lanes will offer Manheim Simulcast, allowing both in-lane and online customers to participate in sales. The auction also has a 1,400-square-foot media center, giving customers the ability to conduct business five days a week using http://OVE.com, http://Manheim.com, and Manheim Simulcast from this location.
Manheim Oklahoma City will host a grand opening celebration on Tues., Oct. 9, and has plans for future expansion, including the addition of postcard, specialty vehicle, and Total Resource Auction sales.
Manheim now has 86 operating locations in the United States.
