ARLINGTON, TX– The National Association of Fleet Resale Dealers (NAFRD) is holding its Annual Conference on Sat., July 21, at the Gaylord Texan Resort in Grapevine, Texas, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., followed with a dinner. The roundtable event is open to all officials within the fleet or leasing industries.

“The past few months have seen more changes in our industry than any time in recent history, and we’re struggling to keep up with the latest events,” said Jeff Dodd, president of NAFRD. “The numerous industry shifts call for a single place where a broad spectrum of the fleet leasing and reselling industries can exchange insight regarding our field.”

Tony Moorby, the president and chief operating officer of Acacia Automotive, will facilitate the meeting. Moorby possesses nearly 40 years of successful management experience in the automotive business, including more than 20 years in auto auction management.

NAFRD will also hold a meeting the evening before the conference on Fri., July 20, at the Gaylord Texan Resort from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. The topics of discussion for the meeting are the strategic direction, plans, and future events for the association.
