DETROIT – GM Certified Used Vehicles has launched its redesigned www.gmcertified.com Web site, featuring benefits of GM Certified Used Vehicles. The new site features a variety of digital enhancements that improve the online shopping experience for consumers while helping generate more leads for dealers. The new site design includes video of GM Certified Used Vehicles, a streamlined site organization, and improved search functionality to make it easier for used-vehicle shoppers to find a vehicle. An enhanced “What is GM Certified?” section explains the program’s features and benefits. The 117-point inspection section now includes a 3-D interactive module, giving consumers the opportunity to view the GM Certified inspection process from interior and exterior to underbody. The www.gmcertified.com launch is supported by an integrated national marketing effort — including interactive campaigns with MSN.com, AOL.com, and Yahoo.com, new banner ads, and print advertising in select consumer and trade media.
