“The new locations are designed to offer dealers more convenient access to MAFS and other Manheim products and services,” said Kathy Decker, vice president and general manager for MAFS. “Our goal is to bring services closer to our customers in communities where no Manheim presence exists. We want to make it as easy as possible for customers to do business with us.”The first Dealer Service Center opened in Jacksonville, Fla., last year. MAFS has since opened eight other locations in the following cities:
Manheim provides 89 operating locations across the U.S. and Canada, each of which includes a MAFS office and service-oriented staff to service customers’ floor plan needs. In addition, MAFS is available in more than 120 independent non-Manheim locations. Together with the new Manheim Dealer Service Centers, MAFS is available at more than 200 locations.
