ATLANTA – Manheim has named Diane Barton to vice president of customer experience, a newly created position. In addition, Russ Stegall has joined the company to take on Barton’s previous role in charge of the Ford account. He will serve as executive director of operations – Ford.

As vice president of customer experience, Barton will drive a company-wide focus on identifying and meeting customer needs. She and a customer experience team will work to identify ways of making it easier for customers to do business with Manheim.

Barton started her career with Cox Enterprises, Manheim’s parent company, in 1987 and joined Manheim’s marketing department in 1990. While at Manheim, Barton has served in a variety of marketing and sales positions, including vice president of marketing and vice president of operations – Ford.

Stegall, who has more than 28 years experience in marketing and sales with Ford Motor Company, will assume Barton’s previous role as head of the Ford account. While at Ford, Stegall worked in a variety of remarketing, fleet sales, and dealership contact positions. His fleet sales positions included rental account manager and national account sales for commercial sales customers. Stegall most recently served as eastern regional sales manager – remarketing.
