GAINESVILLE, GA - National Auto Research, publisher of Black Book vehicle appraisal guides, has opened an office in Southern California to better serve its West Coast customers. The office is located in the Los Angeles suburb of Westlake Village, and will be managed by Black Book veteran John Frank.
“In recent years, we have established relationships with and begun providing data to several national financial and dealer services firms, many of which have large clients based in California. In order to fully meet their needs, as well as support the thousands of new- and used-car dealers that they serve, we felt the time was right to establish a physical presence in the region,” said Tom Cross, president of Black Book.
