WESTCHESTER, IL – Insurance Auto Auctions, Inc. (IAA), has purchased Permian Basin Salvage Pool in Odessa, Texas. According to IAA, the centrally located 10-acre facility will allow the company to more fully serve clients across West Texas.

The facility has been equipped with an indoor Run & Drive auction and private office space for insurance personnel. The site is IAA’s eighth operating auction center in Texas and complements existing market coverage in El Paso to the West, and Dallas/Ft. Worth to the East. The facility’s computer systems are linked to the I-bid LIVE portal to enable real-time Internet bidding from buyers across the country and around the world beginning with the first auction under the IAA name.

IAA has also opened a new auction center in Pulaski, Va., located about 60 miles southwest of Roanoke. The new 17-acre facility will provide service coverage to Southwestern Virginia and portions of West Virginia. The site is IAA’s fourth location in Virginia and complements existing market coverage in West Virginia, Kentucky, and North Carolina.
