America's Auto Auction, Inc. Retains TPC Management Co. for Strategic Consulting

DALLAS – America’s Auto Auction, Inc., has retained TPC Management Co. for strategic consulting to the auction group’s corporate staff. TPC will work directly with the Ben Lange, the auction’s president, and his staff in identifying acquisition opportunities and further developing auto auction operations. TPC’s managing partner, Pierre Pons, along with senior partners, Richard Curtis and Tom Stewart, will all be involved in the engagement.

“Working with TPC Management allows us to leverage the efforts of our team as we implement the corporate structure, streamline our operations, and look to acquire additional auction properties. As a new auction chain we have considerable ground to cover and working with TPC gives us the ability to reach into many industry segments as we grow,” said Lange.

America’s Auto Auction, Inc. operates wholesale auto auction facilities in Dallas, Tulsa, Okla., Jacksonville, Fla., and Greenville, S.C. Corporate headquarters are located in Dallas.
