RIO LINDA, CA – As Brasher’s Sacramento Auto Auction eyes its biggest sale for the fourth quarter, General Manager Rex Roden has announced that the auction’s 2006 Fall Off-Road sale will be capped by a drawing for a 2003 Dodge half-ton truck. All dealers buying and selling at the auction Oct. 23-24 will qualify for the sale-end drawing for the truck and five deluxe barbecues.

Brasher’s Fall Off-Road Sale is a two-day event that begins with a sale featuring 100 units from Hertz, and 100 new-car dealer trades. Following the auction action, a tri-tip dinner will be served. After dinner, auction staff and customers will show off their racing skills as they take turns at the controls of high-velocity radio-controlled cars on a custom track.

The Oct. 24 sale begins at 8:45 a.m., showcasing a large consignment of trucks and SUVs in addition to vehicles from Ford Credit, Hertz, PHH, Mike Albert Leasing, WFS, Dollar-Thrifty Group, AVIS/Budget, Fox Rent-A-Car, AL Financial, Lobel Financial, Auto Auction Associates, ARI, and Wheels.
