FORT WAYNE, IN – Indiana Auto Auction is changing its name to Indiana Auto & Truck Auction to better reflect its heavy-duty truck auctions, now providing the same services to the heavy-duty truck segment of the industry as it has been to the automotive segment.

Indiana Auto & Truck Auction has been in business for more than 40 years, is Independently owned, and a founding member of ServNet Auctions. Long standing as a regional remarketing center for dealer and institutional accounts, the auction always had a strong base of occasional heavy truck sellers and buyers.

“The use of the Internet, which for our auction is On Line Ringman and VB2, allows bidders from all over the world to participate in our Heavy Duty Truck auctions,” said Marianne Simshauser, the auction’s fleet/lease manager.

Indiana Auto & Truck Auction’s heavy-duty auction is held monthly on a Tuesday and its light-duty car sale is held every Thursday. Industry consulting firm TPC Management Company also represents the auction.
