MESA, AZ – AutoTradeCenter (ATC) has terminated its relationship with Global AutoLink Corp. (GAL) effective Oct. 28, 2005, and has assumed full control of the operations servicing the Canadian customers of ATC. In addition, ATC has withdrawn the right to use the AutoTradeCenter Canada name by GAL and will continue to service its Canadian customers from its Lethbridge, Alberta, offices.

GAL was a licensee of ATC's Internet-based systems providing auction services to Canadian companies engaged in wholesale vehicle remarketing. ATC had no ownership interest in GAL and is not affected by GAL's inability to fund this segment of its business.

"ATC now has direct control over all operations for our Canadian customers," stated Roger Butterwick, president of ATC. "There has been no interruption of service during this transition and we intend to maintain the quality and timeliness of service in Canada that our customers in the U.S. and Canada have consistently experienced. We will continue to expand our product offerings in both countries. I am proud that our management team responded professionally, quickly and decisively in assuring a smooth transition."

ATC is an Internet-based business-to-business automotive remarketing company offering services, including private label and open auctions, automated end-of-term and remarketing processes to automobile manufacturers, captive finance companies, lease and rental companies, financial institutions, and wholesale auto auctions. ATC powers online remarketing programs for such companies as Audi, American Honda Finance, Chase Manhattan Automotive Financial Corp., Volvo Finance North America, Daimler Chrysler Financial Services, DaimlerChrysler Financial Services Canada, Ford Motor Credit, Volkswagen, Enterprise Rent-a-Car, Subaru of America, and several others.
