LAS VEGAS – The National Auto Auction Association (NAAA) has formed a task force to study auction industry standards and how arbitration, vehicle grading, and benchmarking affect traditional auctions, the NAAA announced last week at the Conference of Automotive Remarketing at the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.
Keynote speakers included: Jim DesRochers, president, NAAA and general manager, Manheim’s Bay Cities Auto Auctions; and Stephen Houston, president of IARA and national vice president, vehicle remarketing, WFS Financial.
