NORTHBROOK, IL – Donlen Corp. announced that Manheim's Statesville Auto Auction in Statesville, N.C., is the nation's top-performing resell vendor for remarketing Donlen vehicles in 2004. The auction was the top Southeast Region vendor, narrowly edging top vendors in five other regions.

For the second consecutive year, Pennsylvania Auto Dealers Exchange (PADE) was the top-ranked vendor in the Northeast, Indiana Auto Auction was first in the Central Region, and Brasher's Cascade Auto Auction was first in the West. Taking top honors this year, ADESA Wisconsin Auto Auction was highest-ranked in the Midwest and Manheim's Dallas-Fort Worth Auto Auction had the best scores in the Southwest.

The Donlen awards take into account performance during the 2004 calendar year. To qualify, remarketing outlets must meet criteria for consistently selling multiple Donlen vehicles throughout the year. They are then rated based on number of days to pickup; days to sell; and average sale price above guidebook values. All locations are then ranked within their geographic region, and the top regional vendors are eligible for the national award.

ADESA Tulsa was top-ranked nationally in 2003, and Manheim's Mississippi Auto Auction was first in 2002.
