SMYRNA, TN – Mark Harrison has accepted reins as new president of National Association of Fleet Resale Dealers (NAFRD). He´s co-owner of Car Collection, a wholesale and retail operation in Tampa, Fla., and has been a NAFRD member for 14 years and a car buyer for 30 years.
