YORK, PA – Pennsylvania Auto Dealers´ Exchange (PADE), celebrated its 47th year in business with a record setting sale in true country and Western style. A record number of dealers attended the sale of more than 2,500 vehicles, and when the final results were in, the auction sold nearly 70 percent of the vehicles offered.

PADE´s staff transformed the auction for the Wild West themed sale with hay bails, western décor, and cowboy hats for every attending dealer. The entire staff broke out their best cowboy and cowgirl attire, as did many of the dealers.

Activities at the sale included early bird drawings for trips into PADE´s cash machine, numerous random giveaways, a caricaturist, and free food and drinks all day. After the sale, the toughest hombres had their chance to ride a mechanical bull and try their hands at calf roping. Everyone was treated to a full meal following the sale which included authentic western barbequed beef, pork, and chicken with all the fixin´s served by PADE´s staff and management. The grand prizewinner, Nyala Motors, from Washington, D.C., received an all expenses paid trip for two to Jackson Hole, Wyo.

PADE is Pennsylvania´s largest independently owned auto auction running more than 2,000 vehicles per week in 11 lanes every Wednesday starting at 10 a.m.
