Flint Auto Auction celebrated its biggest event of the year on April 7, presenting its annual “Corvettes and Classics Sale.” More than 2,000 vehicles rolled across the auction block that day, including 200+ Corvettes and 100+ Classics. Dealers qualified for the end-of-sale drawing by buying or selling between March 3 and April 7, and packed the auction arena in hopes of winning the grand prize: a 1996 Corvette. At the end of the event, the record-breaking crowd cheered the day’s big winner, Pete Peterson, Sr.
Flint also celebrated its 4th anniversary with General Motors on May 12 featuring more than 600 GM/GMAC vehicles at the sale. Free breakfast and gifts were served to all in attendance.
As the auction rolls into the summer months, Flint Auto Auction will mark its 51st anniversary on June 23rd with more than 2,200 vehicles. The auction will gear up for the event by entering every dealer who buys or sells a vehicle between May 19 and June 23 into a drawing for a new Wurlitzer CD Jukebox. Throughout the month of June the auction will also hold additional drawings for tabletop CD jukeboxes and gumball machines.
