member auctions now offer a value-added service to local fleets via access to a “light” version of AutoIMS. Through, local commercial accounts can streamline auction communications and automate key remarketing processes exclusively with the registering AutoIMS member auction.

Once registered with the auction, local fleets can log on to schedule vehicle turn-ins, track vehicle status, view CRs with images, and review sales history. The user-friendly system features limited choices and point-and-click navigation so clients can easily move inventory.

Preformatted reports provide fast, easy visibility of all inventories. Report options include: search, submitted for pick-up, submitted for drop-off, at auction, sold, archived, and titles needed. Users add inventory individually via the Web interface, or they can upload data on multiple vehicles from a spreadsheet application such as Microsoft Excel.

Participating auctions establish the accounts, designate users, receive, and process assignments through their AutoIMS administrative system.
