The local zoning board in Perrysburg voted unanimously in favor of rezoning the land adjacent to ABC Detroit/Toledo auction from agricultural to commercial, which will enable it to develop another 30 acres for the auction. “This land will allow us to accommodate more dealer accounts, factory accounts, and the increasing number of repossession accounts,” said General Manager Mary Haller.
