The International Automotive Remarketers Alliance (IARA) has announced the details of its upcoming panel discussions at the Remarketing Roundtable being held in July.

The Upstream Selling Panel will discuss the pros and cons of remarketing vehicles upstream using various technologies. Panelists and moderators for the session include Kent Pace of Toyota; Dave Langley of Honda; Jo Obloy of Volkswagen; John Manchin of Subaru; and David Loucks of DaimlerChrysler.

Additionally, the panel will solicit other possible benchmarks from participants. Jim Chapman, Jay Faredorf, Steve Houston, and Stuart Angert will serve as panelists.

Other panels will include issues involved with the various Guide Books’ capture of upstream selling transactions; the new Remarketers Accreditation Program; and issues with Carfax and AutoCheck. Representatives from both companies will participate in the discussion.
