Remarketing Services of America, Inc. (RSA), a unit of Fiserv, has received the 2003 CyberCulture Award in the third annual Buffalo Niagara Emerging Technology Awards (BETA).
Sponsored by infoTech Niagara and Business First of Buffalo, the BETAs honor excellence in western New York's information technology community. RSA was chosen for being "the company that exudes a positive and encouraging work atmosphere."
One of the primary employee retention tools at RSA is the Center for Learning and Development and RSA University, staffed by 20 development counselors to provide ongoing educational opportunities, career planning, and management development. RSA University partners with institutions such as a Cornell University to provide college-level, degreed learning programs, with a full curriculum designed to enhance cognitive, technical, and emotional skill sets.
RSA has 600 employees and manages more than 500,000 vehicles and $4 billion in transactions each year.
