Xcira, a digital auction technology provider, has issued a set of commitments to its partners during the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure that auction and asset owners are best equipped to use their technology.

The company has a five-point support plans that addresses how the company plans to support auction partners.

The five points break down to: providing additional resources, providing scalable trusted technical solutions, resources to assist in clerking, preparation for remote workforce, and data centers.

“In these unprecedented times, where the information available changes hourly, our country and partners have many decisions that need to be faced head-on. Concerns about a technology provider and their ability to deliver dynamic solutions in the face of challenges, should not be one of those decisions. Xcira is poised and ready to deliver for our partners through years of experience, planning, and preparation,” said Bill Cieslak, VP of Automotive for Xcira.
