Vincentric has announced the winners of its 7th annual Best Certified Pre-Owned Value in America Awards and Ford, Subaru, and Lexus were some of the key winners.

Vincentric has awards for each vehicle segment that is sold in the U.S., ranging from subcompact passenger cars to large cargo vans.

Ford earned the most awards this year, with six of its models earning an award for their respective vehicle segments. Subaru and Lexus followed closely, as each of the brands earned four awards each for four of their models.

Audi was also a strong brand this year, winning three awards. Ram, Mitsubishi, Toyota, Hyundai, Kia, and Nissan all earned two awards.

“The Vincentric Best CPO Value in America Awards use a rigorous statistical analysis to determine cost of ownership for competing vehicles,” said Vincentric President, David Wurster. “Our awards take the guess-work out of shopping for certified pre-owned vehicles by clearly showing consumers which models provide the best value for their money in a variety of segments.”

Vincentric conducts a statistical analysis to find which vehicles had lower-than-expected ownership costs given their market segment and price. Vincentric analyzed over 15,000 vehicle configuration and used eight factors: depreciation, fees and taxes, financing, fuel, insurance, maintenance, opportunity cost, and repairs to determine award winners.
