Texas Lone Star Auto Auction, an XLerate Group auction, has completed construction of a new 20,000 square foot reconditioning facility.

The new facility includes 14 mechanical bays, full tire service capability, full line mechanical service/inspections, three detail lanes, photo booths for online views, de-identification and wrap removal, and an automatic drive-through car wash.

In addition to the new reconditioning facility, Texas Lone Star Auto Auction is also adding two new sale lanes, 150 more dealer parking spots, and 18 additional acres dedicated to fleet lease, the auction announced.

With the addition of the two new lanes, Texas Lone Star Auto Auction now has eight sale lanes. The additional 18 acres of fenced and security camera controlled vehicle storage capacity brings the auction to 48 acres of total land.

The auction also stated it plans to add 65 acres for future development.
