Manheim unveiled its updated Express mobile app at NADA 2019 that allows dealers to gain quick access to view, bid on, and purchase vehicles from inventory listed on Manheim's marketplace digital platform.

The updated app, which will roll out later this month, supports Manheim's technology expansion to support the marketplace, which saw more than 2 million vehicles sold in 2018.

With the new app, dealers can review inspection information, bid on and purchase vehicles right from the app, which also places vehicle damage and condition issues at the top of the listing. Dealer buyers can also can sort and filter search results, as well as tag favorites.

The app also provides access to a selection of local competitively-priced inventory; vehicle listings that use the app's 360-degree imaging and detailed condition information; and inventory for a variety of price-ranges and types.

The buyer experience is part of a more than $100 million investment Manheim is making in its digital marketplace through 2019. Digital buyers account for almost half of the vehicles sold through Manheim auctions, and Manheim Express inventory boasts more than 139,000 unique buyers every month.
