Dale Jones, EVP of Ford Motor Credit has been elected chair elect of the American Financial Services Association (AFSA), according to a company announcement.
With this appointment, Jones will succeed the newly-elected Josh Johnson, CEO of Mariner Finance Co., as Chairman of the AFSA Board in 12 months.
Additionally, Tom Hudgins, president and COO of Western Shamrock Corporation was elected vice chair — treasurer.
Jones has been with Ford Motor Credit for nearly 30 years. While at Ford Motor Credit, he has served in a variety of executive positions.
