Kia Motors America sold 39,954 certified pre-owned vehicles through the first half of 2018, marking a record high for the company, Kia recently announced.

CPO sales in June, in particular, were a strong contributor in the company’s total, as Kia sold 7,225 CPO units through the month, 13.2% more than was sold in June 2017, according to sales data from Autodata.

Two segments were main drivers of this growth: the compact SUV and compact sedan segments. Kia noted that its Sportage and Forte models were sales leaders through the month.
