Carvana has opened its newest car vending machine in Charlotte, N.C., bringing the number of vending machines it operates nationwide up to nine and the number it operates in the state to two, according to a company announcement.

Charlotte, N.C. holds significance for the company as it was the third market nationwide where it began offering next-day delivery. Since then, the company has expanded its next-day shipping to 61 markets.

In the past year, the company has accelerated the its rate of expansion. Along with growing the number of markets it offers next-day shipping to, the company has also grown the number of used vehicles in its inventory to 10,000.

The other states Carvana operates vending machines include Texas, Tennessee, and Florida.
