AutoIMS’ leadership team has outlined the company’s strategy for the 2018 calendar year.

Key components of that strategy will include expanding educational offerings for AutoIMS clients to share client and auction best practices; evolving and expanding the company’s Technology 2020 plan; and launching a new Client Experience initiative, according to the company.

Along with its goals for the future, the company also shared some of its accomplishments from 2017.

In 2017, AutoIMS remodeled its headquartered, improved its password security systems, upgraded legacy systems, and upgraded system infrastructure without affecting service uptime, achieving 99.97% platform uptime through the year.

AutoIMS on-boarded 28 auctions, 18 consignors, and several new third party providers to its platform throughout the year as well. Additionally, AutoIMS continued its commitment to education within the auction industry by sponsoring and participating at various industry events, such as Used Car Week, the International Automotive Remarketing Alliance’s Summer Roundtable, and the Conference of Automotive Remarketing.
