Auction leaders raised over $75,000 in November to go toward melanoma research at the Winship Cancer Institute of Emory University, in honor of Henry Stanley, the owner of the Carolina and Indiana Auto Auctions and previous winner of Bobit Business Media’s Remarketer of the Year Award.

Roughly $40,000 was raised during a charity auction in November led by ServNet Chairman of the Board Kevin Brown.

An additional $10,000 was raised through Carolina Auto Auction’s Beards for Bucks campaign, a charity fundraiser where a handful of the auction’s men joined the larger No-Shave November Movement.

An additional $25,000 is expected to be raised in the first week of December, stated Scott Whitaker, marketing manager for Carolina Auto Auction

Women at the Carolina Auto Auction will also be hosting an Ugliest Christmas Attire contest in December to continue raising money for cancer research.
