Carvana will begin taking online orders from customers in Chattanooga and Knoxville, Tennessee, to browse, finance, purchase, and even trade in old vehicles online and have their vehicle delivered the next day.

Tennessee customers who would like to use the company's car vending machines can head to Nashville to pick up their vehicle. The company opened its first car vending machine in Nashville.

Carvana has been rapidly expanding its service since May, adding service in Chicago, South Carolina, Oklahoma City, Kentucky, and Phoenix. The company has delivered vehicles to customers in 48 states.

Carvana.com lists more than 7,000 vehicles, and claims the average customer saved an average of $1,430 compared to the Kelley Blue Book suggested retail value.
