Insurance Auto Auctions, Inc. has begun construction of its 16th Texas auction near Fort Worth, which is scheduled to open in November, the company has announced.

The location is located north of the Dallas-Fort Worth area so that it complements IAA branches in Grand Prairie and Wilmer, according to the company.

The new facility will cover 200 acres of land and will include 18,000 square feet of office, run and drive, and warehouse space, according to the company. The new facility will also incorporate enhanced sustainability features, such as recycled asphalt and concrete for resurfacing along with recycled water for landscaping.
