Manheim has pulled from Cox Automotive’s network of companies to promote three leaders to general manager roles, according to a company announcement.
“Manheim has a strong track record of developing our team members into leaders, and we’re fortunate to have these pros as general managers,” said Julie Picard, regional vice president, National West at Manheim.
The first of three, Dave Rathjens, most recently served as the assistant general manager at Manheim Tampa. His career with Manheim began in 1999 when he was hired on as an inspections manager. Throughout his career with Manheim, he held various roles at Manheim Ohio and Manheim Kansas City, including vehicle entry manager, body shop manager, repo/lease manager, recon manager, and operations manager. He will now be serving as the general manager of Manheim Lakeland.
Greg Milam, who most recently served as director of mobile auction sales and operations at Cox Automotive, will now serve as the general manager of Manheim Seattle. He started his career at Cox Automotive 18 years ago in finance, and has since held various roles for Dent Wizard and Manheim.
Martin Sandoval, who joined Cox Automotive in 2013, will serve as general manager of Manheim Central California. Most recently, he served as the regional account executive for NextGear Capital. Before that, he was the vice president of operations and director of auto finance at Zinc Financial.
