Copart has launched the newest version of its Copart mobile app that allows users to upload their licenses onto the application. Additionally, a new Lot Scan feature will allow users to scan bar codes at Copart locations in order to attain details about vehicles they’re interested in, according to the company.

Other new features include, being able to choose preferred language, access updated search filters, and view vehicle videos and extended notes directly on the app.

"Each new iteration of the Copart Mobile App provides another level of value to our buyers in more than 150 countries and territories using the app," said Jay Adair, CEO of Copart. "We are seeing tremendous usage rates, with more than 80% of those who download the app using it every three days, and the majority of those using it daily."

This update to its app comes a few months after Copart launched an updated, mobile-responsive version of its website. The first iteration of the Copart app was an iPhone version that was launched in 2013. Two years later, the company added an Android version in order to reach a bigger digital audience.
