CarRecord will soon offer vehicle history reports in the U.S. market, the company has announced. Once it’s available in the U.S., it will provide customers with NADA Values from J.D. power Valuation Services.

"Our exclusive integration of vehicle values form J.D. Power Valuation Services makes the process of compiling the total history and pricing of a vehicle much easier, saving customers time and money," said Wayne Myers, chairman of parent Dealer Trade Holdings.

NADA Values helps buyers and sellers know the true value of a vehicle. The team of analysts at J.D. Power Valuation Services use auction and retail sales transactions and review asking prices and other relevant information to accurately value vehicles.

"We are excited to work with Dealer Trade Group to integrate our accurate, dependable and trusted pricing in their CarRecord product," said Mike Stanton, general manager of J.D. Power Valuation Services. "The integration helps make the selling and buying process more efficient for all involved."

CarRecord entered the Australian market in 2016, when Dealer Trade Holdings Limited set it up as a subsidiary. It began by offering a suite of vehicle information products, including a complete car history product that included information pertaining to values, written off vehicle register, and Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR) status.
