Manheim has hired Aaron Cervantes as its assistant general manager of customer at its Riverside, Calif., auction facility, the company announced.
Cervantes joins the operation on Nov. 7 and brings more than 20 years of leadership experience to the role including extensive background in the automotive remarketing industry and direct involvement with lending, dealership management, captive finance, and manufacturer fleet management, according to Manheim.
In his new role, Cervantes will oversee customer-facing departments such as commercial and dealer accounts, front office, and marketing.
Prior to joining Manheim, Cervantes spend 12 years with Hyundai Motor America. His specialties include vehicle remarketing, operational processes, marketing, dealer and client relationships, and sales.
