Fleet Advantage has hired Jeff Morris as its vice president of finance and corporate controller. He will be responsible for oversight of financial controls, advancing finance infrastructure and managing relationships with banking partners and clients.

Morris has a diverse background that includes financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting operations, as well as experience in SEC regulatory analysis and reporting. He is a CPA.

A seasoned and accomplished financial executive with over 20 years of experience, Morris has held accounting and financial management positions in both public and private sectors, according to the company.

Most recently, Morris served as vice president of accounting and corporate controller at Birks Group, a publicly held luxury jeweler with retail operations in the U.S. and Canada.

He also served as the senior vice president of financial reporting and accounting policy at AmSouth Bank (now Regions Bank) and director of finance at Watsco, Inc. — a large distributer of air conditioning, heating and refrigeration equipment.
