Black Book has announced that it has added Christopher Gluth as account manager, National Accounts, to its Activator Division. In his new role, Gluth will be responsible for expanding Activator’s relationships with national dealership and manufacturer (OEM) customers.

Gluth draws on more than 20 years of business development and account management experience in the automotive industry. Most recently, he worked at CARFAX for over eight years where he served as senior partner development manager and national accounts manager. Under these roles he was responsible for relationship sales, product development, and OEM customer retention. He also had an account management focus serving large automobile dealership group partners in Midwest and Central U.S. markets.

“As a pioneer in the online leads industry for automotive dealerships, Activator remains focused on continuing to enhance product offerings to help dealers elevate their customer profit potential,” said Mike McFall, president of the Activator Division of Black Book. “Chris has forged strong relationships throughout the greater automotive industry and we believe he will be instrumental in amplifying Activator’s value with dealerships across the country.”

Activator develops and markets innovative web-based and mobile friendly products to help thousands of dealers convert more digital automotive shoppers and elevate customer satisfaction levels.
