Enterprise Holdings, which operates the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car brands, announced its annual Auction Achievement Awards for outstanding performance in the areas of strategic planning, communication, operational success, customer service, marketing, and reconditioning.
“Our auto remarketing strategies are supported by local auction partners across the country,” said Chrissy Taylor, senior vice president of North American Operations for Enterprise Holdings. Taylor’s grandfather founded Enterprise nearly 60 years ago, and today her father, Andy Taylor is executive chairman of the company.
Sixteen U.S. automotive auction houses are being honored by Enterprise Holdings. “We have been working with many of these auction partners for decades,” Chrissy Taylor noted, “and they are important to the success of our business. We are pleased to recognize these outstanding firms for their admirable business practices.”
