Pittsburgh Independent Auto Auction (PIAA) has announced several major organizational changes involving its executive team.

David Angelicchio has been named Chairman & CEO of Pittsburgh Independent Auto Auction. Meanwhile, Dennis Angelicchio was appointed President and Debra Angelicchio-Jackson was appointed Vice President.

Company founder and NAAA Pioneer Clo Angelicchio stated, "Although I intend to be active in the business for as long as I am able, it is time to pass the torch. As we prepare to celebrate our 35th anniversary in May, I am extremely proud of the business that we have developed, and I am confident in our family’s ability to manage and continue to grow the business."

A member of the ServNet Auction group, Pittsburgh Independent Auto Auction is an independently owned and operated Dealer-Only sale that features seven lanes selling every Tuesday and GM Factory Sale every other Thursday.  Owned by the Angelicchio family for three decades, the auction has a buyer base of over 6,000 registered dealers.  Located on 140 acres, the facility includes an on-site body shop, fully-staffed mechanical repair facility and state-of-the-art reconditioning center.
