NextGear Capital has announced the addition of Todd Croom as Vice President of Industry Relations. Croom, who previously held the position of Vice President of Finance at Manheim, will be responsible for the development, integration, and implementation of a broad range of communications strategies within the company and the remarketing industry.

Croom earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from The University of Cincinnati and also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School.
