TORRANCE, CA - The International Automotive Remarketers Alliance (IARA) would like to remind its members of the Consignor-only meeting, open via invitation only to IARA Members.
The Consignors-only day will be held Tuesday, March 5 from 2-2:30 p.m. -- the day of the IARA's Spring Meeting, which occurs in conjuction with the 2013 Conference of Automotive Remarketing (CAR) at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
"The consignor-only meeting is great. It gives us an opportunity to dig really deeply into the topics that impact our business and allow us to develop a uniform message on these topics," said Gus Xamplas, VP of remarketing for Donlen and director of IARA. "Nothing against our business partners, but consignors need to narrowly define our business issues before we address them with our partners. With non-consignors in the room, that’s difficult."
Bob Graham, CAR, VP of Vehicle Remarketing for ARI and director for the IARA also commented that, "The consignor only meeting is a great opportunity for consignors to throw out and discuss issues that impede their success and identify if the IARA could help improve those issues. It's a safe room without our auction and service provider partners that enables free discussion."
If you have received an invitation to this event, remember it occurs on Tuesday, March 5, so be sure you are there!
