FRANKLIN, TN - ServNet's President, R. Charles Nichols, has announced that Patty Stanley has been elected to serve as Vice President of ServNet's Board of Directors. Stanley will work closely with Nichols over the next 18 months, when she succeeds him as President in 2014, according to ServNet. She had previously served on ServNet's board as both a director and as treasurer.

Stanley and her husband Henry Stanley are owners of two auctions in the ServNet Auction group: Carolina Auto Auction in Anderson, S.C., and Indiana Auto Auction in Fort Wayne, Ind. Both have served in a number of leadership positions with the National Auto Auction Association (NAAA) (Henry served as NAAA's president in 2000), and while co-chairing the 2004 NAAA convention committee they were instrumental in forming the NAAA Scholarship Foundation, according to ServNet.

Kevin Brown, owner and general manager of Missouri Auto Auction will succeed Stanley as ServNet's treasurer. Eric Autenrieth, co-owner and general manager at Indiana Auto Auction will serve as ServNet's representative on the International Automotive Remarketers Alliance (IARA)'s Board of Directors. Jeff Brasher, owner of Brasher's Reno Auto Auction continues to serve as ServNet's chairman of the Board. Remaining on the Board as directors are Doug Doll, owner of Kansas City Independent Auto Auction, and Brad Sturgeon, owner of Dealers Auto Auction of the Southwest and Dealers Auto Auction of the Rockies.

"The active involvement of ServNet's owners is another indication of ServNet's strength and leadership," said Pierre Pons, ServNet's CEO. "As involved as they are in the day-to-day operations of their own businesses, these owners are tremendously selfless in giving of their time and energy on behalf of ServNet and the auction industry. Their strategic leadership is vital to the success of the independent auction community. "
