Conference of Automotive Remarketing (CAR) Offers Two-for-One Educational Opportunity
CAR 2004 will hold its ninth annual conference and trade show January 21-23 at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. For the second consecutive year, CAR will collocate with the International Automotive Remarketers Alliance (IARA), which will hold its remarketing roundtable series for IARA members and CAR attendees January 21, from 2 p.m.-5p.m.

For the second consecutive year, CAR will collocate with the International Automotive Remarketers Alliance (IARA), which will hold its remarketing roundtable series for IARA members and CAR attendees January 21, from 2 p.m.-5p.m. IARA members include executives from the top auction, consignee, and financial companies in the remarketing industry. Topics include: IARA Online Remarketing Orientation Course, Transportation Issues Confronting Non-Captives Involved in Upstream Selling, and IARA’s National Remarketing Survey by Emergent Solutions of Chicago.
CAR will continue on January 22-23 with an all-star line-up of speakers and panelists featuring some of the top consignee, auction, and remarketing industry professionals. Keynote speakers include: Don Esmond, senior VP of Toyota Motor Sales; Chip Perry, president of AutoTrader.com; and Gretchen Joyce, director of autos, eBay Motors; and company representatives from J.D. Power, Honda, Kelley Blue Book, NADA, and top auction representatives, all sharing insights on current and future trends in the remarketing industry.
