Acura Renews Partnership with Carfax
CENTREVILLE, VA - Acura announced that Carfax will continue to be the vehicle history information provider of choice for the Acura Certified Pre-Owned (ACPV) program.
CENTREVILLE, VA - Acura announced that Carfax will continue to be the vehicle history information provider of choice for the Acura Certified Pre-Owned (ACPV) program. Since 2004, Carfax Vehicle History Reports have been a key component in the Acura certification process. Every Acura vehicle submitted for certification must qualify for the Carfax Buyback Guarantee, in addition to meeting Acura's stringent program guidelines.
"Carfax Vehicle History Reports are included with all our online listings because that's what Certified Acura buyers want to see," said Brijen Dave, general sales manager at Acura of Peoria in Arizona. "We have more opportunities to sell cars online because Carfax is built-in to the Acura certification program."
Free Carfax Vehicle History Reports are available with every Certified Acura vehicle. Acura also identifies any Certified Acura vehicle on their website that has only one previous owner, helping shoppers easily find premium Carfax 1-Owner cars. Thirty-two manufacturers choose Carfax to build confidence for their Certified Pre-Owned vehicles.
Acura Certified Pre-Owned sales reached an all-time high in 2011, up 6.3 percent to 48,024 units.
