CARY, NC - The CarMark Certified Pre-Owned program, a third-party pre-owned vehicle certification program, announced that three new dealers - two in West Virginia and one in California - have joined its ranks and are gearing up to offer CarMark Certified pre-owned vehicles to their customers in the immediate future.

Spencer Auto Group, at 276 E. Main St., Spencer, W.V., recently signed on to be a part of the CarMark program. According to William Rosser at The Providence Group, the agency responsible for the account, Chevrolet dealer Spencer Auto Group will expand its pre-owned facility to maximize the CarMark benefits. Spencer Auto Group can be found online at www.spencerautogroupgmc.com.

Brown Chevrolet Buick, located at 504 Lee St., Montgomery, W.V., also launched the CarMark program in January, according to Rosser. The dealership has been in business since 1928 and is the oldest new and used car dealer in the area. The dealership can be found online at www.brownchevybuick.com.

Also, Pioneer Auto Sales, located at 1955 San Ramon Valley Blvd., San Ramon, Calif., completed the installation process and began offering CarMark certified vehicles in January, according to Jack Hagopian at Vanguard Dealer Services, the agency responsible for signing the account. Pioneer is a top-quality service facility that is moving into the retail side of the business, and owner Roberto Fuenzalida plans to expand his retail sales with the help of the CarMark program. The dealership can be found online at www.pioneerautoservice.com.

"We are excited to welcome Brown Chevrolet, Pioneer Auto Sales and Spencer Auto Group to the CarMark organization," said Bill Zadeits, managing director for CarMark. "These dealerships demonstrate how valuable CarMark can be for every type of dealership, from established franchised dealerships like Brown Chevrolet and Spencer Auto to a high-quality service facility just entering the retail business like Pioneer. We are the perfect fit for the whole spectrum of dealerships."

"The launch of our enhanced CarMark Certified Pre-Owned program - which features a choice between a 72/100 warranty and a 12/12 warranty - is extremely exciting," said Walt Burns, national manager for CarMark. "It's a great opportunity to be able to offer such an attractive solution for our current and futures dealers to drive revenue and service loyalty. Our goal is to expand our CarMark footprint throughout the country to provide our dealers with a competitive advantage with the benefits of our certified program and the benefits of being a member of the Pre-Owned Automobile Dealers Alliance."
